So here's the thing. Milo Murphy is basically the epitome of Murphy's Law, to the point where the series even had him being used as a weapon at one point (I think it was the Phineas and Ferb crossover event? Idk). Murphy's Law is essentially "anything that can go wrong will go wrong," and oftentimes Milo is prepared for the occasion.
Eris... Yeah, she's the literal Goddess of Fortune and is the only person who outclasses Kazuma in the luck department.
Essentially, I'm pitting a human who is ready for anything Murphy's Law has to throw at him against LUCK ITSELF.
I don't think stats are really a factor here as really, the match depends on whether Eris' sheer luck can get around Milo Murphy's weaponizable Murphy's Law or vice versa.
