Milo Murphy VS Toru

I find it funny, then i though about it and while not an expect of either characters, i'm just enough limited knowledge to think that it could be quite interesting.

Scenario: Toru take a walk in Danville, with Milo walking in the opposite side, Murphy Law kick in and they accidentaly bump into each other, they both apology at each other but as Toru departure Milo realize that he lost 50 dollars from his pocket, he decide to follow him hoping to give him back the stuff he lost, this cause Wonder of U to active making Toru think that Milo its actually following him because he know the truth about him be a rock human (but Milo doesn't), bad luck happen but Milo think its just Murphy Law and he still determinated to give back what he lost.

Victory Condition:

1. Either Milo or Tou perish.
2. Milo finally reach him and give back the 50 dollars.
3. Toru successfully run away leaving to track to follow.

Well, one way for Toru to win is if Milo actively pursues Toru which basically gets him far more bad luck than what he has.

Toru stomps, he will only amplify Milo's bad luck causing unavoidable disasters, like what does Milo do when he slightly bumps into something and loses his limbs? Considering he already saw Toru's face and even touched him, AND now pursues him, there's no way Milo doesnt die from a random leaf falling down or a water drop hitting his head.
Toru's calamities are different than what Milo faces, most of the time they're just straight up unavoidable

Thing about Milo's bad luck is the fact that increasing his bad luck turns it into good luck instead. So, calamity is basically the only thing preventing Toru from killing him.

AFAIK judging by shown feats Death(final destination) is inferior to Murphy Law, and Milo already can surmount it.
Does WoU defend Tooru from bad luck? Since Milo would attract bad luck to him too

Wonder of U, is well, literally Calamity/the flaw of logic personified, i could even say that WoU will be able to control Murphy's Law entirely, WoU as far as i can see is far superior to what Murphy usually encounters, it can straight up just kill Milo with "collisions", with no particular way to actually escape it with skill
