Mikaboshi's AP justification confuses me. He's 3-A for being greater than 3-B characters? Regardless of the fact that Marvel Skyfathers are badly in need of a revision and will likely be upgraded, using the current profiles makes the level of 3-A he's at extremely unclear.

Since Goku isn't that far into 3-A at that point though, I'll vote Mikaboshi via way better and more varied hax and abilities.
