Well, here are the possibilities.

A.Henrys luck screws him over making Mii managing to defeat him and declaring Mii the winner.

B.Henry uses Command Melody to do Mind Manipulation to force Mii to lock himself away in a dark windowless room to incapacitate him making Henry the winner.

C.Henry does the Distraction Dance and both him and the Mii dance for all eternity not even making any progress in their fight, resulting an incapacitation for both as well as an INCONCLUSIVE.

Maybe siding on Henry as he can just hide then do the command melody on Mii and control him to lock himself in a dark room for a week, losing from BFR. Voting Henry for now.
