I dont think he starts with that, also it might not be very effective vs a blank slate like a mii.

Alright fair. Akuma is certainly more skilled but I think Mii Brawler has a spirit that'd reduce the damage caused by his ranged attacks, meaning that he'd have to get up close. Mii Brawler can lifesteal and poison Akuma with simple hits, and Brawler actually has ranged options with the homing ball and ray guns so it's actually kinda interesting.

I'll wait until some SF supporters come in and say more.

Akuma murderstomps the Mii in skill to a degree it's not even a match for him, and the Mii also falls short in LS, ranged attacks and variety of powers and techniques and "hax".

I agree the Raging Demon would probably not work on what's basically a flesh doll, but the attack itself isn't just death hax, is a barrage of precise strikes to vital points such as the nose, the neck, the back of the head, the solar plexus, the lower part of the spine etc... it wrecks your body even without having to use its esoteric effects.

The spirits give the Mii some help with weapons and resistances, but not to such a degree to be anything Akuma hasn't already faced or is prepared to deal with.
Even skill tree's abilities such as healing and reflection require the Mii to successfully parry attacks, something quite difficult given the skill gap, and even landing actual hits would be quite the hard thing to do.
