Miguel has a crazy LS advantage and a really easy method of incap if he webs her up or traps her in one of his prison things, not too sure ab the AP difference but Felicia might be stronger and skilled since she can keep up with a more skilled Peter but idk if she'd have as many good options to put Miguel down as he does her. Also not sure how OP her luck is.
