There's literally nothing stopping X from stopping time (the best Toriko has shown is slowing down time with Back Channels) and blasting Midora in the face with his Absolute Zero attacks, a Black Hole, or by attacking with soul energy.

on topic: as reppuzan said, this is too easy for X. Timestop is too much for midora to handle, a haxstomp since he cannot do anything to stop it.
