Mickey Mouse vs Twilight Sparkle

"Starting distance: The characters start as far away from each other as the highest range of the fighters is, but a maximum of 4 kilometers."
i stand corrected

Then...wouldn't Mickey's range with the paintbrush take this? If Twilight Sparkle is only "Far greater than a few dozen meters", and they're 4km away from eah other, wouldn't Mickey have superior range? By the time Twilight closed the gap to use her freeze spell, Mickey could have used Force precognition to realize her ploy, and would've used his own magic--gravity manipulation to force her to the ground, followed by time stop and paintbrush.
i was wrong, and shes far greater than dozins of meters, it worked on an entire city

Yeah. He could even use the Force to telekinetically manipulate his paintbrush while paralyzed after saying Stopza, come to think of it.

Soo...yeah, no, actually, Mickey takes this. Twilight uses her "stop/freeze/whatever" spell, Mickey says Stopza, and uses the Force to telekinetically manipulate his paintbrush to erase her from existence.

It says "Planetary range with magic and Force". Doesn't that mean he can extend his magic's range to planet-level, including his Time Stop spell?

Even if he can't, Twilight still has to get within range of his Time Stop to finish him off. Stopza, paintbrush + Force telekinesis = erased pony.

not ALL his magic is planetary. and that is why twilighjt can just snipe him and avoid the brush by sealing/ freezing it, and overall staying outside of stopzas range, as she does tend to snipe

Does it stop telekinesis? If not, paintbrush snipe.
sealing enconpasses it into a pink transparent rock and stops things moving, not even rainbow dash was able to break out of it, infact, no pony has ever broken out of either, so id say that telkinesis breaking it out is unlikely. and it does stop magic to an extenct (no one was able to use magic inside them , even though telekinesis is pretty avarge power, but that would be nlf)

Starlight Glimmer was able to break out of Twilight's sealing. Starlight is, whoever, some hundreds of times stronger than Mickey.
