Thoughts on Shiggy getting Morality Manip Negation and Passive Fear Manip?

Yeah but I think it needs specification since Shiggy is capable of placing intense fear in people who were already amped by morale-inducing quirks

Okay, so Limited BFR has been accepted, what about Shiggy’s first key getting Hypersonic+? Since he was able to move almost comparable to Overhaul and we don’t know if he got stronger

I don't recall him and Overhaul really having an extended scene together aside from their first meeting. Shigaraki does rush at him while Overhaul was distracted and then Overhaul calls down someone to shield him when he realizes Shigaraki is attacking but I don't think that's a good Hypersonic+ feat.

I really don't believe that is anything either. Overhaul just seemed surprised because Shigaraki was rushing him with a death hand (Anime implies he was more shocked from the bullet missing), and he was still able to react to him.
I don't think anything suggest he couldn't stop Shigaraki's touch himself if he wanted to. But he didn't want to kill Shigaraki, he wanted them to work for him.
