Essentially Ugo punched Judar so hard that he flew at around6.9 trillion X FTL, Causing Judar to leave the Universe as we see in the lowerbottom part of the scree and in the next page where we see Judar enter a white void where Ugo changes his direction, Judar is stated to be "Beyond the darkness of the Universe" so yeah that should be enough proof he left the Universe behind him. Aladdin's magic fixed that force and applied it infinitely to "The ends of the world/universe" which is further proof that Judar left the Universe.
This isn't an outlier becuase it happens again, this time in seconds when Ugo appears to change his direction and sends him towards Earth, Judar lands on Earth from outside the Universe in the next page which would be an even faster feat but it supports the first one.
Now whilst he was flying Judar was able to Perceive events happening (Seeing Ugo) Ugo was the one who sent Judar flying at such speeds thus Ugo's attacking speed outside the sacred palace should at least apply to this, Judar was able to react to and push back the punch that sent him flying at speeds and Aladdin was able to react to and Fix the force of the punch on Judar.
If Accepted it'd scale to a lot of people
Aladdin
Judar
Sinbad
Ugo (Outside the sacred palace)
Being some of them.
