MFTL DBGT?

SkullKnight.png

is this gonna get accepted?

non canon anyway, so doesnt affect canon stuff

  • shrug It seems like it makes sense for non-canon Toeiverse DBZ/DBGT. Won't affect anything when someone says Goku vs...or Vegeta vs.....but if they happen to use a GT or otherwise Toei-Exclusive character (Hirudegarn or Janemba....) then it seems like it would apply.

yes thats what i thought

If this calculation is valid, considering that GT and all the DBZ movies are non-canon, all of this would scale to the characters in DBGT, seeing that SSJ4 Goku >>>>> Bojack. Estimating tens to hundreds of millions of times FTL for DBGT characters if this calculation is accepted.

Finally, MFTL+ SSJ4 Goku/Vegeta and Omega Shenron :)

This seems fine if the calc is valid, the movies and gt are non canon anyway so it doesnt affect the main series anyway.

Well, if this is canon to the GT continuity, I suppose that it should likely scale, but it depends on whether flight speed is equivalent to combat speed for Dragon Ball.

This seems like a travel feat.

Of course there's common logic about them not being able to make the journey if they didn't have comparable movement speed to avoid smashing into every place in the galaxy but that rule doesn't apply here it seems.

It depends on whether or not the fiction in question makes a distinction between the two.

Well, just for the record we would need the scene from the movie or something and like the rest said one has to judge wether it is canon and if it should be travel speed or not.

So aside from those things being currenty open it seems fine.

ˆI think that is a statement, and is more likely travel speed, has sense since Bojack is "Galactic Conquer" or something

if anyone was wondering Bojack does make an appearence in GT during the super 17 saga so does Cooler so yeah it's safe to assume that the movies are canon to GT.

If anyone wants to see the scene for himself or herself:

The Kais sealed him in a "Hoshi" (Generally means Star although they translate it as planet which it occassionaly means). He was also fast enough to wander the 4 galaxies easily by himself so that makes it pretty consistent. He was released when Cell killed North Kaio which puts a pretty definitive time limit on how long he had to travel the distance.

Hmm. The feat seems legitimate for GT then. However, is flight speed equivalent to combat speed for Dragon Ball?

There was a calculation done in terms of Goku's combat speed (Goku's Kaioken x20 against Freiza where their combat speed is much higher than their travel speed.

No. Combat speed>Flight speed as they are unable to maintain high speeds for longer than a short burst.

For Super, the vice versa is made true. Since they are clearly depicted as different, this should be noted as Flight speed.

Hmm. We do need to scale the combat speeds of the DBGT characters at some point though. Currently they seem very inaccurate.

We do not use SSJ multipliers. Sorry.

Well, it does not seem very elaborate yet, and as such, I do not think that we can use it as is.

We should preferably only use elaborate, well-structured, and highly logical blogs for considerable content revision projects, and then only if generally accepted with good arguments.

@TMR Why do you think that the DB flight speed and combat speed relationship are reversed in GT?

Alright, then I shall proceed to get the statements, links, and info to support it

Okay then. When you are finished, you can post it as a blog here.
