The difference here is that Meth is a Type 1 Abstract - something in which Yhwach has no feats of affecting.

There's nothing supporting the notion that Yhwach's power null can even affect Meth, and because of that - this would be a stomp.

With Reinhard - it's passive hax vs. passive hax, so I could argue that they cancel each other out. I can't argue that here.

The Precognition, Info Analysis, Power Null/Reactive Evolution are all passive.

While the Fate Hax, and the other powers granted from the Almighty I believe, is thought-based.

That's how I look at it - Yhwach hasn't affected something as abstract as Meth and I believe it would be wank to say that Yhwach can negate Meth's powers without proof.

To give an example, compare Yhwach's powernull to him being able to jamming a gun - but Meth is like a gun made out of air. He would need proof of Yhwach being able to jam an air gun like Meth.

At least that's from my understanding.
