As you can clearly see Metal Man Composite is Planet Level and MFTL while Radiz is only Small Planet Level and Sub-Rel+...

In order to make this remotly fair you will need to make Speed Equalized and use Canon Metal Man. That way it won't be as unfair because Metal Man will be Small Planet Level+ (the higher border) and has infinite stamina while Raditz will be Small Planet Level (the lower border) but has flight and could fire more ki blasts at once then Metal Man could through his Metal Blades plus if they fought where there is a moon Raditz could get a boost by going Great Ape but that's if they are in that setting.

If you don't want to change anything then Metal Man stomps and this should be closed.

You are wrong

First of all Metal man vs Saitama is getting removed based on faulty reasoning

Second Metal man is far stronger then Raditz by about 7x

Three, Metal Man is ludicrously faster
