No It's not. She's destroying all of the attacks he uses, including lightning magic as well. Even if it was just an ap gap, make a CRT because Mereoleona has that as the reasoning on her page.
No. His time manip is only his own perception of time, he change his own perception of time and makes himself practically MFTL in reaction speed(he see FTL chars as slow motion), meaning that even at CQC Mereoleona is at a disadvantage.
He will absorb the fire, but not the hit. Good luck trying to hit him though with his enhanced perception of everything. He also has the weapon advantage via sword which just repairs by absorbing fire so broking is not probable.

Wait, intagibility? When did that happen? The only new ability was getting stronger the longer the fight lasted.
She doesn't have(or shouldn't have) intangibility in any way since there's no feats or statements of she being able to do that and if she was intended to have that ability it'd mentioned in the story especially since in the same arc appeared two characters who truly had intangibility and they made it very clear they had it.
