Seiya for the reasons above like Atomic annihilation, stat amping via Cosmo and Reactive evolution.

You keep saying "if Seiya hits, Mel's dead". Don't you remember how he fought Derriere? He could easily avoid her hits. He literally hit her with his ass.
Also, isn't Mel resistant to soul manipulation? Melascula is apparently quite the expert in SM, yet couldn't do shit to a basically almost dead Mel. Other than that, Mel can just use his sacred treasure to avoid having to get hit (as afaik Pegasus doesn't have any way to detect which is the real one). He can cancel out any form of regen Pegasus has, and if you remember that Arthur vs Hendrickson fight, unless you're a demon (or a mage like Merlin, who is possibly ALSO a half demon) you can't put out that black flame, as Hendrickson lit a tiny part of Arthur of fire, yet still believed he'll die from it. So there's that.

Quite frankly, Saint Seiya's Soul Manipulation > Nanatsu no Taizai's Soul Manipulation.
Melascula can manipulate souls, Seiya can utterly destroy them.
On top of this, Seiya is very good fighter as well and can literally atomize any part of Meliodas' body with a glancing blow.
