The SBA doesn’t have any say on which end of the key’s potential tiering is used. Assuming the match to be using the 5-A end is rather bizarre when both versions listed in the OP have High 6-C stats. Why would you default to assuming the OP is making a stomp/spite match?

Character version: The strongest canon version of a character is used, that we have listed. The strongest version being defined as the one with the highest tier; if there are multiple versions with the same tier, then the most recent version.

At least High 6-C, likely 5-A
 
Note how that says the strongest version is the one with the highest tier, as in if the Tier 6 and Tier 5 were separate keys, the Tier 5 would take precedence. If the OP said Tier 5, his second key would take precedence. This doesn’t apply to one key having multiple ends, especially when it’s blatantly obvious what end is implied with the keys and forms listed.
 
Says here MM should be around 514.66 Gigatons, he probably just leads with ranged combat with his gun arm I'd assume his whole playstyle is keeping as far from the enemy as possible iirc

Where the OP said High 6-C? since he didn't say it anywhere according with SBA we should use the high end.

Despite of soul manipulation not affecting him, Ichigo is still at least invisible.
 
Ichigo wins and might even stomp tbh

As said above, he's literally invisible which already greatly reduces his chances of losing, combine that with the fact that he can further amp his speed by 5x with his mask and he's never being touched by anything Megaman can do.
 
Does ichigo start with speed amping? If he doesn't Mega Man will probably just BFR him to outer space with his Gravity Hold.

Ichigo resists gravity strong enough to warp space and time, I kinda doubt Gravity Hold will do much.

And yeah, using his mask early is quite in character.

This also doesn't really change the fact that Megaman can't hear or see Ichigo, his options are extremely limited.
 
Is the Mask being restricted for Ichigo? Cuz post Resurrection Mask puts him half way through 6-B and ...... yeah.

As for what Ichigo does in character, speed amping via shunpo is his go to starting move as his strategy is just blitz his opponent and smack em a bunch of times.
