I thought this would be appropriate seeing that they can both go up to Star level and more, and with X's appearance in the recently revealed Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite, why not?

Both are bloodlusted and are in it for the kill, they start in a barren city where no one will get hurt.

Um...couple things, which armor is Tony using, which version of X, and you should definitely equalize speed, X is immensely faster than anything in Tony's arsenal

Actually, scratch that, even with speed equalized X is way too haxed for Tony to be able to be able to put up a fight.

Right right, this is X during the Zero series and with everything at his disposal and speed equalized of course. Tony starts with his Hulk Buster armor, and if needed, able to switch out into whichever one he so desires much like X.

With just the Hulkbuster Armor X is way, way stronger, and he's still way too haxxed for Tony to be able to fight him. Heck X could beat Tony with the Thorbuster with the amount of hax at his disposal.

X at the Zero series is mostly equal to his previous form ( I believe that, since apparently, Zero himself doesn't seem to have become stronger ), right?

Anyways, X has many tools in his disposal that can DESTROY Tony. Dark Hold is one of them. I could easily picture Tony speaking a joke and seconds after of X standing without moving, Tony falls dead. Dark Hold is THAT strong, especially if he can use his Giga Attacks in it.

So yeah, X Stomps even with speed equalized.
