Iron Man is fodderized in the face of Rock and Samus, with the latter crushing Mega Man in turn.

Look, you're talking to the guy who made 70-80% of Mega Man's profiles. I know what I'm talking about, and Samus sweeps against everyone here with ridiculous ease.
MegaMan.EXE (the picture you posted) is Solar System level at the bare minimum, he takes this, handily.

Mega Man (Classic):
Small Planet level with Massively FTL reaction speed (Around 200 x the speed of light)
Samus
Small Star level with Massively FTL+ speed (10,000,000+ times the speed of light at her peak).
