I don't think Godzilla one shots... mega kong scales above 5 megatons and Godzilla is 17 megatons. 5 vs 17 isn't a 10× ap difference I'm pretty sure

He has zero Resistance to Radiation and Heat. He'll get super cancer and die if he gets hit. Goji is also twice his size and can just hold him in place with that large LS advantage (Kong can lift 1603.4 tons and Goji weighs 20000 tons) while charging up his atomic breath.
