Anyway, going with arceus because concept manipulation + reality warping are aces against All fiction.

All Fiction is Causality based, it won't do jack against an Acausal being.

Also Arceus own Conceptual Manip, Causality Manip and Reality Warping would most likely surpass Encounter (while Arceus IS Acausal, Medaka isn't).

Without these two hax on her side Medaka doesn't have much going for her in the durability stats either. She could probably copy some stuff from Arceus if she saw it but she'll probably just get destroyed before having much of a chance for that.

Due to Medeka's guranteed downgrade, unless something happens, this is a massive stomp fest in Arceus's favor

Well, it is Unknown, and judging from San's profile, it can go anywhere from Tier 9 to Tier 2.

Now it's stomp for Arceus, we can't exactly take that Universal thing seriously and like I said above, All Fiction that would be her best bet is Causality Based - useless against Arceus Acausality on top of his own Causality Manip.

Encounter is good but I don't see that thing no selling Arceus Reality Warping and Conceptual Manip. Medaka can't do much here.
