Medaka wasn't, but the rest of the verse might be. More like alot of them are getting moved to Unknown. Really calcs need to be run and I was investigating into more feats, but then the I/O war hit and the Fate upgrades are going on, so i havent been able to work on it

I don't see how that makes any sense since Medeka gets her rating via scaling an less you mean her moon level tier.

Yeah, I mostly meant her moon level tier. However, if i recall correctly, Iihiko has a DC feat that may be MCB (and that would only scale to Medaka and Zenkichi's hax). Also, that feat with Medaka being superior 640,000 Style Users. I need to run that calc.
