Unsure, honestly since I haven't seen any Showa Riders being hacked in series. The only assumption I have with them being susceptible to hacking is that they're fully cyborgized, and thus would have some sort of technology that could be hacked.

Stronger isn't a full robot so him being hacked is unlikely, plus Stronger does resist equivalent applications, his mechanisms resist his own electricity which can mess up with electronics and technology, and his self-hypnosis nullifies mind control.

If Stronger can go through Uzi's forcefields, he basically oneshots her due to her 5-B dura. Stronger completely outstats her (save for AP), and her normal and solver form P&A are nothing to write home about. But looking at her profile, it's not going to be sunshines and rainbows going through the absolute solver. The main danger is the black holes she can shoot out that can probably end Stronger. She should also be able to teleport long distances (assuming from the scan).
EDIT: Deconstruction also might bring Stronger some trouble.
Other than that, Stronger has more ways of beating Uzi while resisting most of her hax, though it'd be nice to have Murder Drone supporters here since the profile is what I had to work with.
Also fun fact: These two have fought Kai, and the notable matchup might be a sign of foreshadowing.

Stronger does have the AP disadvantage at 2.9 times, tho he can shorten it through his own electricity which can amp him up to 2x (which then drops to 2.14 times). Uzi's forcefields have to be omnidirectional to block all of Stronger's electrical moveset. Electric Steam ionizes all medium that one is standing, including both air and water.

I don't think the black holes would kill Stronger, his High regeneration allows him to him reform himself from ions, deconstruction wouldn't work as he resists atomic destruction and Low 1-A (currently 6-D) matter dissolution.

The forcefields don't look omnidirectional since they're only seen to block small objects, but I assume she can enlarge the forcefield to the point of being a wall. Otherwise she's just going to get fried miserably.
