If it's High 8C versions only is Todoroki's ice restricted? Also does Deku have Air Force but then again even with all that this might be a stomp Rhino will bulldoze Todoroki's attacks and keep him occupied, Vulture harasses Deku for a bit and Bakugo gets bullied out of the sky by Goblin and Electro their only chance is to instantly immobilise Electro and pair off from there but aside from having less experience, mobility, AP and Dura off the bat Goblin makes a pretty good leader for his group and I don't think Bakugo could take him down also is Vulture's exposed head a weak point?
