So with this Infnity Ultron MFTL+ calc
in this scene
Dr. Strange was able to react to Ultron's attack and absorb it.

In Ultron's profile, it states that he has Massively FTL+ speed with size manipulation.
So in this scene, wasn't he also using size manipulation?
Dr. Strange was able to react to everything Ultron did in the fight

So, Dr. Strange Supreme should be classified as having Massively FTL+ combat and reaction speed (able to react to Infinity Ultron's attack and absorb it).
or possibly as having Massively FTL+ combat and reaction speed (able to react to Infinity Ultron's attack and absorb it).

So, anyone who was able to keep up with Strange Supreme and Infinity Ultron should scale to this

He absorbed the attack only after it had already reached galactic sizes, so no.

He has MFTL+ rating due to being able to become far bigger than galaxy, which would grant such speed. He never once did that in the fight against Supreme Strange.

Yeah, this is why Supreme and some other What If characters weren't upgraded. He doesn't react to the attack as much as reverse the effects after it happens.
