[MCU] Space-Time Manipulation and Dimensional Travel for Tier 4 and Higher characters

This one is rather simple:

• The Ms. Marvel series states that the base energy of the sun is needed to achieve interdimensional travel.
  
• In The Marvels, the space-time breach shows an accretion disk.

accretion disk, a disklike flow of gas, plasma, dust, or particles around any astronomical object in which the material orbiting in the gravitational field of the object loses energy and angular momentum as it slowly spirals inward. In astrophysics, the term accretion refers to the growth in mass of any celestial object due to its gravitational attraction. The formation of stars and planets and the powerful emissions from quasars, radio galaxies, X-ray binaries (see X-ray astronomy), and probably also Type Ia supernovas all involve accretion disks. The astronomical object whose mass is growing is known as the accretor.

• Dar Benn drained energy from the Sun via the Quantum Bands in order to form this spatial tear, so we exact evidence that the power of the Sun can achieve this.

• And the film supports the energy affecting space-time.

Therefore, I'm proposing these additions for Tier 4 and higher MCU characters:

Space-Time Manipulation & Dimensional Travel (At this level of power, they can create dimensional rifts and affect space-time with their energy and achieve interdimensional travel.)

Range: Interdimensional with Dimensional Travel (At this level of power, they can achieve interdimensional travel and rip a hole in space-time that caused another reality to bleed into Earth-616.)

That doesn't really make much sense, just because the energy of the sun can be used to fuel interdimensional travel doesn't mean it's the only requirment, it's not like a star is casually opening rifts in space time, and all the times a space time rift was made isn't purely with energy but with scientific objects that use energy as fuel.
You would be better off trying to scale America Chavez or Kahhori to tier 4 for being able to travel between universes.

That doesn't really make much sense, just because the energy of the sun can be used to fuel interdimensional travel doesn't mean it's the only requirment, it's not like a star is casually opening rifts in space time, and all the times a space time rift was made isn't purely with energy but with scientific objects that use energy as fuel.
You would be better off trying to scale America Chavez or Kahhori to tier 4 for being able to travel between universes.

The movie directly supports the equivocal energy that affected space-time could also close the seal (key note: reproduce the same amount of energy used to open it, and then release that same power.) That should still qualify for Space-Time Manipulation.

Spatial Manipulation is the ability to warp, bend, flip, crush, and control space.

The ability only refers to one's ability to manipulate an area, not to defy its laws, so gravity, friction, and many other rules may still apply. Sometimes, the user cannot affect people or objects, but they fold space onto itself, making the object take 2 different places at once. Some users are limited to a specific location or type of space, others are only restricted to their imagination.

Time Manipulation (sometimes called Chronokinesis) is the ability to control time itself. Examples include time travel, Precognition, slowing down time, speeding up time, etc. As time and space are connected, many users can also manipulate space.

That still doesn't prove the energy alone causes a rift in space time, and Captain Marvel used tier 4 leve lof energy to reignite a star without opening a rift in space time. So all that proves is that with tier 4 level of energy one might be able to close a space time portal and even then Monica did more than just blast tier 4 energy into the rift, she had to physically close spacetime so she might get that power but not the others, if it was just use tier 4 energy then there would be no reason for why Carol wouldn't punch a hole in spacetime to get Monica back.

Yes, because the rifts in that movie we're across space-time (since he was pulling in other variants from across different universes.)

Doctor Strange should get some form of Space-Time Manipulation, Restoration or Sealing for that feat.

Should honestly be a power/energy feat to that feat is arguably better then the entire marvels cast as it took all their power into Monica just to seal 1 rift and strange was doing it left and right

There is one thing I'm confused about; Ms Marvel, who knows from Bruno that the base power of the Sun can cause interdimensional travel, said that if Captain Marvel were there, she'd 'punch a hole in space and time'. Now of course, the easiest assumption is that Ms Marvel is just fangirling, but it does seem lightly supported in the Marvels movie so I'd like to ask your stance on that.

I don't think it's fangirling, I think she meant that Captain Marvel would have solved everything easily, while Kamala herself wasn't as good as Carol.
