so electro is stated to move at the speed of light this statement was for a pre NWH electro he only gets upgraded after getting the arc reactor and experiencing new energy in NWH



and as of now according to their profiles the spiders scale to electro meaning by extension scale to this speed which is consistent between both films electro appeared in we’ve seen the spiders react to his travel speed combat speed and blasts basically everything

Also something extra mysterio illusions are stated to move at light speed and spidey can possibly avoid them/is relative to them

I think this is taken out of contact a little. I can understand Mysterio's illusions being considered "lightspeed" because they are literally made of light and just holographic images, but that doesn't mean that what those holograms make up (i.e. the elementals, Mysterio himself) are moving at the speed of light.

That's not talking about the holograms in general; just that one transition of Spider-Man going from one location to the next. Not a combat feat.
