MCU Ego, Celestial Quill, and possibly Ronan upgrade

Ego and Celestial Quill are rated as 8-C for some reason. What? Why? They should both be 6-C via scaling to Quill holding the Power Stone because Thanos with the stone one-shot Captain Marvel with it. Ego was able to harm Celestial Quill so he should scale.

Ronan could possibly scale to holding the stone as well. There’s not really any anti feats with him other than dying from Quill using the power stone.

Anyway since Power Stone amped him confirmated in a guide and there is something taht explains mcu ig that also says Power Stone can increase durability
Power Stone users should be able to increase dura to moon level (but thanos didn't do that)
Possible planet as well ig since iirc ronan was going to destroy nova planet id quill didn't stop him and îs implied he would survive

Don't know about Ronan but I'm more positive for Quill and Ego since the physical constitution of the Celestials is so immeasurably strong that they can wield the Stones. Though Quill also has a human side

Ego would have probably been able to gather more power for his avatar but yeah, he was in the middle of his great monologue and in the way to finally accomplish his (very)long-term goal (and ****** up everything at the last second) so he was completely off guard when Quill came to his senses and blasted him.

That or he is a glass cannon

I mean thanos did surpress hi strength to the point he Couldn't one shot captain america (confirmated by the writer in iw he onky go all out against stark) who is below proxima so wouldn't be surprised if ego can surpress his durability that much

I mean yeah, Ronan is obviously below Thanos, he was willing to betray him only after he got the Orb. He might have been strong enough to endure the power of the Stone but he was clearly in great pain and wouldn't have held up for a long time

Being able to survive the stones effects shouldn’t really translate to the stones blasts power seeing as Peter was never portrayed as that powerful before his powers were unlocked

Yeah he was only able to harness the Stone with the Universal Weapon (his baller hammer), we see this to be the case with Thanos' mastery of the Infinity Gauntlet or the use of the Nanotech Gauntlet by Stark

Pretty sure its mentioned in a guide that because of Peter's celestial heritage he's able to tank holding the power stone without being killed

I actually recall Nova Prime says to Peter his father is a member of a very powerful and ancient race wich is why he was able to endure the Stone's power and sharing it with his friends also made it easier

This would retroactively make base Quill and anyone who scales above Thanos, Danvers, probably Wanda and everyone below, which is so comically wrong and bad that I don't even want to explain it.

TL;DR: Ego scales to Quill, who scales to the Power Stone, issue that it assumes the power stone always gives 5-A energy, but actually varies in power depending on the target.

This goes even more when Ego's 5-A expansion was debunked.

As for some of the arguments here

"Holding the power is not Hax, is dura"- No, holding the power stone is neither thing, because the stone's ability relies on building up energy on something (Whether is the user or a target) until is destroyed, it's based of proportions meaning that the energy needed to destroy you is not the same as the one needed to destroy Thanos.

Surely it shouldn’t take much to understand that Quill wasn’t using his powers 80% in the movie, and when he held the power stone he awakened those powers. Heck, even the collector said that “beings of extraordinary strength can hold an infinity stone”
