MCU Avengers vs FOX X-Men (Pre-Retcon)

Rules:

• Original Avengers Key Is Used (6-C end)
• 2004 X-Men Key Is Used
• Speed is equal
• Fight takes place in the MCU's NYC
• They start 50 meters apart

Iron Man carpet bombs the X-Men and goes home

For Avengers end: Cap, BW, and Hawkeye are dying almost instantly. They can't handle any of the mid tiers of the X men or storm.
As for X-men: Cyclops, Prof X, and Wolverine are dying. The 6-C ends of Iron Man, Hulk, and Thor are just getting them oneshotted.
That just leaves a few people left.
For Avengers: Hulk, Iron, and Thor
For X-Men: Jean and Storm.
I must say, Jean will give the avengers a run for their money and Immo 4 which may or may not help depending on the scenarios. Storm other the other hand is giving hulk a run for his money. Hulk may end up dying because he doesn't resist Electricity Manip, which would just fry him.
This leaves Iron Man and Thor vs Storm and Jean. Jean will try to use TK on Thor or Iron man but she'll likely get oneshotted by either if something remotely explosive hits. Storm will use her lightning powers on either, not knowing that it'll just enhance Iron Man or Thor resists it and gets her s*** rocked.

Going with the Avengers, low diff.

I mean, the main issue for the Avengers is that Jean is a telepath who's more powerful than Xavier and the only one who has any degree of mental resistance is Thor who would still be affected by her powers. Jean is crippled with being a dummy I guess, but Xavier (usually) isn't and they don't really have an answer to a mind freeze.

Iron Man's missiles can be diverted with TK and with speed equalized none of the Avengers can counter Jean or Professor X thinking slightly hard.

Jarvis would notice that and activate the House Party Protocol to save Tony.

At that point its just Iron Man's suit vs the X-Men. The suits have all shown to have a weakness to heat, being instantly melted by the Extermis Virus' 3000 C temperatures. So there's a chance of the suit to be disabled from a solid eye beam.

Professor X can freeze or mind control all of the Avengers with a thought, the only one with resistance is Thor but it's baseline while Charles' mind hax is layered. Jean Grey can also restrain all of them with her almost Class G TK. The only problems are Thor and Hulk due to 6-C AP but they can easily be dura neg with mind hax and TK with a thought, and Iron Man's missiles can be diverted or blocked with TK

That's from Iron Man 3 and the match is using the original Avengers from 2012, Tony only has up to the Mark 7
