Round 2: Same as above, but with speed equalized.

Fight to a KO or until one of them gives up.

Maud massively outspeeds Tremor, moving so fast that none of the Mane 6 could even react, including Alicorn Twilight, meaning she is arguably Relativistic in speed. Her power is debatable, if I can prove Pinkie is 8-A with the Spike upgrade scaling than Maud should be around the same if not higher in physical power so Maud would just stomp here. If not this fight is more up in the air.

Maud is faster, and Tremor's durability may be Wall Level, then Maud would destroy him, but it can also be Small Building level+, then Maud would have problems to hurt him, but Tremor's attack is higher than Maud's durability, I think Tremor may win, but there are a lot of "likely" and "at least" in his article, it's hard to tell.
