Why is not used the same calculation for Roshi(toei) and Roshi(manga)? I mean the moon blow up calculation in toei is planet level and in manga is moon level, and is the same feat as it says the speed calculation in the same blog

It's just that in one they use the speed and how long it took for the moon to be destroyed (based on the anime frames) and in the manga they simply put the moon level.

An for speed they do this "For speed of the beam, using the anime timeframe again due to the fact it is the same feat, and we can only get an exact timeframe from the anime, we use from where Roshi begins shooting the kamehameha, until it impacts the moon and we see it start to explode, which is 13 seconds. (1:31-1:44)"

I mean is it the same feat it should be planet/moon level in both
