Master Oogway and the rest of Kung Fu Panda upgrades

In Kung Fu Panda we see Tai Lung destroy the entire valley this should qualify for low 7-C and via powerscaling the rest of the Kung Fu Panda cast (Master Oogway, Po, Master Shifu, Kai, and Tiggress possibly the rest of the furious five as well) and this should also upgrade the hero's chi key as well and for oogway at his greatest power is 5-A as well as for kai since the whole "shook the earth" statement since we know Oogway being as calm and humble as he is would not exagerate

Tai Lung didn't destroy the Valley of Peace. He ravaged it over time. If I destroyed a town, house by house, I wouldn't be Town level. Similarly, Tai Lung going and causing havoc =/= him destroying the valley of peace, especially not in one blow.

The 'battle that shook the earth' is just a saying, shouldn't be taken literally. Even then, both would be outliers for a verse riddled with Tier 8 feats.

That being said, I do want to make an upgrade thread for Oogway at some point
