Well, Master Hand could make an endless horde of Beerus clones, or Reality Warp him to death, all of this while time is slowed down, giving the Hand more time to hax Beerus before he Hakais. The Master Core form also has Sealing and Power Mimicry. Yeah, I think the Hand may get this.

Well we never saw Master Hand fight really seriously. The only case was against Tabuu, where he just straight up tried to one-punch him. Which didn't work.
