Massive Upgrade for Miis (possibly)

In the profile for Mii Fighters, it says they can dodge Galeem's light beams, making them faster than the speed of light. My question is: does this mean that feats from the Galeem and Dharkon fights, such as defeating Galeem, Dharkon, or both, can be used? If so, does this give the Mii Fighters (and the Composite Mii) Universe Level+ AP?

...how would this be an outlier? Literally every other playable character in the verse has done the same thing.

Well, I think that the reasoning was that it would be too high to count them as Universe level+ in relation to their other feats, but it is best if you ask the members listed in the Super Smash Bros. verse page to comment here.

I think the fact that the roster can hurt Galeem and Dharkon might just be Game Mechanics.

Yeah but they beat him, and Dharkon is canonically dead.
