Sorry for not responding to this in awhile. Most of your suggestions seem fine. Anyway, Download and Die #1 came out and with it, more feats.

• Data Manipulation/Technological Manipulation: Has control over a magic phone. Has some control over image files
• Limited Disease Manipulation: Made a few kids very sick.
• Teleportation: I think?
• Limited Mind Manipulation: Gave someone (Kyra I think) a headache
• Dream Manipulation: Invaded Kyra's dreams
• Stuff that isn't applicable for now but may be later: The phone he controls contains a game with cities. Probably nothing but who knows.
