Well, despite the big AP advantage Asta has, he only has class K lifting strength. Mash has class P on this key, meaning that if Mash even gets a grip on Asta, it wouldn't look good. And as stated in other threads, the same attack doesn't work on Mash, and he also gets faster as a fight goes on. Just listing the some he has.

Honestly it's really close, the mash guy is at a AP disadvantage but he's really skilled and has a huge LS advantage, he could probably disarm asta and break him instantly, but asta is also really skilled and he has prediction. If asta goes black then he'd win definitely however he can't do it at will in this ki.
It may go to mash due to asta being forced to go close range against a dude who can instantly disarm him.
