People, I think we need to add Shensinkan terminology to the Masdaverse expanation Page i Think.

Because while he inherited her relic/Yetzirah and its lightning abilities, his desire in that form was completely different to hers. He wanted the dead to stay dead, she wanted to be the light guiding her comrades. And her intangibility was from her Briah, not her Yetzirah.

The game isn't translated so unless you can read Japanese no point in seeing the scene, the one who made the upgrade is of course the biggest Masada nerd ALRF, just check the Reinard threads you should find the upgrade thread

No, but Beast hit Snake with the intent of killing him in Kei route, although Beast himself wasn't anywhere near full power they are always described are equals
