I dunno, maybe it's the cool incantations and ways to talk of the characters. I don't think the characters themselves are Chuuni since they have every bit of power to justify acting like that. But any person or fan trying to repeat them IRL just looks kinda ridiculous.

Masada said that the ability to use one's Craving as a source of power is the symbol of someone being hopelessly chuuni, though.

yes ik. by foreknowledge i have been referred to eternal recurrence. in story they called Mercurius's law as Foreknowledge and Reinhard's as Dead too. kinda like titles for Laws
