I... never said anything of the sort? I just pointed out that this is a done deal. There is nothing to vote for because that is literally what it says. Amakasu broke time and cause to get somewhere, created a body and then stuffed a soul inside.

There. Immeasurable speed. Now slap it onto the profile and be done with it.

This is an amped speed feat, not a base one.

So it's more like "X normally, Immeasurable when amped". So i don't think it's some kind of outlier
