Marvel VS Capcom: Why does nobody scale to Phoenix?

I've looked over the entire verse page multiple times and have tried to find any reason why Phoenix is astronomically more powerful than the entire rest of the cast including Galcatus. I have found none. Our profile for Jean even states this:
Could aid in the battle against Galactus and was even capable of defeating him.[2][3]
This is the exact same reasoning we use to scale literally all other High 5-A characters in the verse to Galactus. At no point is there ever any implication or mechanic in MvC that puts Phoenix astronomically above every single other character in the entire roster, let alone has any sort of mechanic that lets her one-shot Galactus or anything.

The sections of the text I bolded and underlined are explicit implications that Phoenix is only helping in defeating Galactus. How would a Galaxy level character only be able to "aid" in the fight against a Brown Dwarf level character if the gap was that large?

Then there's this note at the end of her profile:

Note: Avoid scaling other characters to Phoenix through Onslaught. While Onslaught was stated to be superior to Thanos and Galactus,[7] the latter of which was confirmed to exist in the Marvel vs. Capcom continuity as far back as Marvel Super Heroes,[8] Jean had not yet become the Phoenix during this era. This is shown during X-Men: Children of the Atom, in which she is still Marvel Girl.[4]

This still doesn't give any reasoning as to why Phoenix is literally trillions upon quadrillions of times more powerful than every other character in the entire Marvel VS Capcom franchise with the exception of the Infinity Gauntlet and Ultron-Sigma. All it's saying is that "Don't scale characters to Phoenix because Onslaught defeated Jean Grey", it's not actually justifying why nobody scales to Phoenix apart from the fact Onslaught is not a valid reasoning for such.

From the knowledge of MvC, Phoenix canonically holds back a crap ton as she's too afraid of using too much power and as a result slipping into letting Dark Phoenix take control. She even states she always has to keep herself in check in several win quotes, so she is without a doubt purposely handicapping herself.

What narrative reason would it there be for Jean to hold back against Galactus, though?
