Last time I used this feat someone said that Nightmare was weakened of which was never stated, though, i may be wrong. He didn't really fight Nightmare but destroyed his realm and causing nightmare and dreams to cease. This scan proves that he was in an actual dimension.

Great. I was rewatching some of his interviews and searching about this, but he didn't say anything definitive outside of the scans that I already gave. I mean, he doesn't say it explicitly, but he does heavily imply it in almost all his interviews, saying that this is something different from Immortal, and I believe there is a tweet of him saying that while the new Hulk's personality is the most similar to Green Scar, which implies that it isn't normal Hulk, nor completely Green Scar. I think the best bet is just waiting for his reply or more issues.
I'm pretty sure I misheard Metallo in the interview when I said he made it clear, since PKJ is writing both. My bad.
