We don’t need to do anything about Cyclops. A High 6-A statement isn’t good support for a 5-B rating.

I am bad at finding them. I think that the Red She-Hulk fight happened during "Heart of the Monster" at the end of the Greg Pak Hulk run.
At the very least, the Sensational She-Hulk should get "Planet level, far higher when her emotions are sufficiently high".

So, unless I’m missing context, it doesn’t seem like Red She-Hulk reached Hulk’s level through her own ability, instead her power was enhanced by a wishing well so she could fight Hulk forever.
