MM has the higher dc but seiya could bypass his durability via atomic hax and speed blitz by performing miracles, MM telepathy could be a problem as i am not sure if seiya has resistance to such things but if i had to bet he probably does as he himself has telepathy but to what extent idk. Seiya could speed blitz and put MM down before he has the chance to use his telepathy but not sure if that's in character for seiya to do, probably not and not sure if MM telepathy will work on seiya.

Intangibility won't help J'onn here, cosmo allows you to directly screw with atoms and souls.

Telepathy will work most likely, Seiya has no feats of taking mind assaults that I remember (could be wrong though, he did face Ikki and Saga but I don't remember them using their mindscrew techniques against him), however J'onn's telepathy is demonstrably better in range than that of either saint.

As far as speed goes MM has the advantage over Seiya who is low FTL at best at this point

AP goes to MM since Seiya at this point is just Star level while J'onn is Large Star level

In my opinion J'onn takes this in every way.

If i am not mistaken 4-C seiya is 7th sense seiya and 7th sense users are lightspeed when they just get it , ftl when they master it and recently they have been upgraded to mftl+ when performing miracles. I am pretty sure MM isn't in the quintillions of times ftl so seiya could speed blitz when performing miracles but not sure if an in character seiya does that off the bat so MM might just win.

The thing with miracles in saint seiya is that they're rarely used even in verse, and different showings leads one to believe they are just a massive boost for a single attack rather than a full blown power-up.

I know its just a one time all out move which is why i said its probably not in character to do it but a bloodlusted seiya would so yea an IC seiya losses but a bloodlusted one would win and since it doesn't say bloodlusted in the op going with the standard assumptions which assumes In character MM wins.
