TBQF a lot of Marvel Characters can affect the Infinite Planes of Existence / Higher-Dimensions of Marvel... Professor X vs Dark Phoenix , Exodus , and a lot other Dark Phoenix Level Telepaths can scale to it. Unfortunately... This is one of those . Nate Grey was compared to Dark Phoenix in Mental Telepathy, likely a lot stronger since she stomped Jean a lot later.
He even went outside time & space w/ merely his mindhax... And other ludicrous feats. He isn't the strongest by a good bit in terms of mental hax in marvel ( One character had a Omniversal Mental Hax feat.... XD )

The marvel telepath profiles don't reflect that.I always heard that dc telepaths were stronger

I personally would... But the reason why they aren't likely to be updated is because it'll be something like (We cannot except High 1-B Proffessor X) . But... He isn't tier 1 in any area sans Telepathy/ Mindhax ... Which is a hax that doesn't affect your tiering.... And even then if you're resistance to it on such a level it'll usually be unaffective.
