The huge problem here is that Martian Manhunter is naturally weak to fire like the rest of his species so he's automatically at a big disadvantage

But he does have 2 advantages
1. These guys are visibly on fire so he would know not to attack them directly
2. Since they are fighting on earth, Martian Manhunter would at least know about structures that can help in his fight such as fire hydrants or spray trucks

I think I'll go with J'onn on this one. Even with the weakness to fire, he has telepathy wich he can use to predict SCP's attacks and potential traps and devise a good plan. Plus, he can also use the duplicate struggling to his advantage.
