First, in the previous revision, it was accepted that Prime Mo Sheng and Sixth Rank Open Heaven Cultivators will scale to 3-A: (7.11e92 J)
Seventh Rank Open Heaven Cultivators will be 10x stronger than the Sixth Ranks due to a Seventh Rank increasing her strength by more than 10 times and not being comparable to an Eighth Rank Master.
The difference in strength between each Open Heaven Rank is like Night and Day, with each rank being capable of killing the previous rank instantly. Using this, we can apply the 10x difference to each rank, so it'll look like this:
9th Rank: 7.11e95 J (17000 QuettaexaFoe) [3-A]
8th Rank: 7.11e94 J (1700 QuettaexaFoe) [3-A]
7th Rank: 7.11e93 J (170 QuettaexaFoe) [3-A]
Sixth Rank: 7.11e92 J (17 QuettaexaFoe) [3-A]
Fifth Rank: 7.11e91 J (1.7 QuettaexaFoe) [3-B]
Fourth Rank: 7.11e90 J [3-B]
Since there's no profiles that will come for anyone below Fourth Rank, I'm not going to bother including them.

- Multiverse level (Stated that they could destroy the entire 3000 Worlds before the Ink Clan makes a move, which consists of countless Universe Worlds. All Universe Worlds are created by the River of Space-Time, and the River of Space-Time is created by the Endless River)
- Abstract Existence (Type 1; Suns Burning Shine & Moons Nether Glimmer are apart of the First Light that brought about creation. They are the opposite of Ink which is darkness itself that is indestructible because of its connection to the world)
- Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1; The First Light is responsible for all creation. It predates the Endless River and the Space-Time River that creates all Universe Worlds)
- Multiverse level (Ink is the opposite of the First Light that is behind all creation. Cang believes the First Light is needed to destroy Ink)
- Abstract Existence (Type 1; Ink is Darkness itself and is Immortal and indestructible)
- Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1: As the First Light is the concept that opposes Ink, the reverse should hold the same way)

Mid-High (Open Heaven)
- Pocket Reality Manipulation, BFR (Open Heaven Cultivators form a Universe that is apart of their body itself. Cultivators can move people inside their own Small Universe)
- Creation, Limited Reality Warping (Cultivators can freely manipulate their Small Universe and can create matter from nothing)
- Catastrophe-inducing Aura (Open Heaven Cultivators and their equivalents have existences that are too powerful for Pocket Realms to survive, even after death)
- Air Manipulation, Vibration Manipulation (Open Heaven Realm Cultivators produce powerful shock-waves)
- Absorption (Open Heaven Cultivators can swallow World Energy and Principles)
- Non-Physical Interaction (N.D Type 1, possibly 2 | A.E Type 2), Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1: Open Heaven Cultivators can interact with the Chaos Race that form their bodies from Chaos itself. Chaos is the primordial, limitless, disordered, and Dao-less realm that lays at the end of and separates every existing world. Everything originates from Chaos, including the Ink and the First Light itself)
- Resistance To Poison Manipulation, Acid Manipulation (The Earth Element condensed into their bodies protects them from Poison)
- Resistance to Deconstruction (The Yuan Magnetic Light can turn matter to dust. The Earth Element can counter the Yuan Magnetic Light)
