First Order Saint Kings will scale to this calculation of The Great Demon God creating the Ancient Demon Realm. Going by the standards of creation feats, they will scale baseline High 6-B which is 100 Teratons.
For Third Order Saint Kings, we have a statement from Yang Kai that Xue Yue could kill him easily. When Yang Kai was a Third Order Transcendent, he could already fight against Third Order Saints, now upon reaching the Third Order Saint Realm, he can kill First Order Saint Kings. Yang Kai possess the Demon God Transformation which is superior to Li Rong's Demon God Transformation which is accepted to be a 2x multiplier. Using this Xue Yue has to be at least 2 times stronger than Yang Kai, resulting in Xue Yue and Third Order Saint Kings scaling to 200 Teratons.
As for Second Order Saint Kings, we'll scale them with a higher than the Baseline High 6-B rating.

First Order Origin Returning Cultivators aren't that much stronger than Third Order Saints, its mainly because of Shi they can kill them so easily so they'll scale just above the 200 Teratons.

We're getting an actual insane jump in strength here.
From this calculation, Yang Kai's embodiment's AP without using any Saint Qi is 5-A. Gui Zu stated that the power of this palm exceeded the Power of the Origin King Realm, meaning no Origin King can scale to this calculation. However, Zi Long was able to somewhat survive the palm by using his Saint Qi to defend himself and managed to live but took damage.
For Third Order Origin Kings, what I'm proposing is that we downscale from this value (2.79 Yottatons) to 1.5 Yottatons (divided by 2) putting them at 5-B+
For Second Order Origin Kings we'll divide by 4 so 697.5 Zettatons (5-B)
For First Order Origin Kings we'll divide that by 6 so 465 Zettatons (5-B)

This statement was when he was a First Order Origin Returning Realm cultivator that was comparable to Third Order Origin Returning Realm Cultivators.
With this we can place Casual Third Order Origin Returning Realm Cultivators at 511.41c. Since Yang Kai has no reason to move at full speed and waste Saint Qi when he's in a place surrounded by enemies. Everyone above Third Order Origin Returning Realm will just scale higher into this value. We have another feat of a Third Order Saint King dodging Yang Kai's Golden Blood Thread. Yang Kai's Golden Blood was stated to be faster than the speed of a Star Shuttle. He then started to incorporate his Golden Blood into his attacks, like the Golden Blood Thread. So everyone Third Order Saint King and above will scale to 511.41c. As for First and Second Order Saint King they'll downscale to baseline Massively FTL.
