Mark 1 Iron Man vs Rikido Sato

Tony Stark all the way here. He outsmarts and outskills Sato here, especially with a Quirk that literally makes his cognitive functions decrease and has distinct time limit, and mostly devolve into a mindless ORA ORA style punching rush(if his Final Exam vs Cementoss demostrates anything), which an absolute genius such as Tony should be able to adapt to rather easily. And even with his least advanced suit, he's got a lock on range as well with flamethrowers on both of his hands, and rockets. And on top of that he's got greater mobility even if his flight is limited, it's still more than what Sato has, being pretty much entirely grounded. And even if Sato gets Tony out of the Mark 1, he still has to get around Tony's skill as a martial artist and his general intelligence as a fighter/tactician, which will still be an uphill battle for such a straightforward fighter.
