Marisa Kirisame VS Chica's Magic Rainbow

How does Chica's Rainbow's death manip work?

AP and Durability:
It's pretty clear to me that Marisa has the AP advantage
She's casually superior to Seiga who's comparable to the likes of Suika and Miko, both of which are casually able to create 4D structures
Chica is only casually stronger than Animdude, who is baseline
Speed:
Although movement speed is the same, Chica's tiny rainbows are slow af. Marisa, being a Touhou character, can easily swat these aside.
Hax:
Chica literally has nothing except death manip with all of her attacks, and that's negated by Touhou Danmaku (for the mini rainbows) and the Ultramarine Orb Elixir, which grants Marisa Type 5 Immortality plus precognition, plus Marisa can steal Chica's techniques easily
Overall:
Marisa clearly outclasses Chica in most aspects
