No, yes, no, maybe, and maybe respectively.

Bowser's only thought based thing in his arsenal that's offensive hax instead of defensive (like teleportation or creating infinite distance) is soul stealing, and technically it's not thought based, it's just instant when activated. There may be other things that I'm not taking into account.

Actually um...yeah, how does Eggman deal with the infinite distance? It's infinite from Eggman's end but not from Bowser's. Time Eater can get past it but only Time Eater.

most of the TE hax bowser resists and bowser can just do towards the TE.

eggman's Mind Hax has a short time limit and not permanent (in his eggmobile, and due to fuel source) so short infact that tails was only "possesed" for less than a minute. (and bowser can just dodge the beam via teleport or possibly resist it's effects)

also everyone who's been supporting eggman keeps bringing up his intelligence when

bowser has built anti-matter plants, galaxy reactors (that can destroy the universe), mastered dark magic as a baby, and even stated that he has an IQ of (since people care about numbers so much) 9,800.

Only the Mind Control Ray in Sonic Colors has that limit due to needing Hyper-go-on energy. The one in Runners and the Brainwash Beam in Sonic Jump use the Chaos Emeralds and don't have a time limit.

Op, why did you remove the part of Eggman having all his inventions and Bowser having a Grand Star? Can you stop editing the Op without anyone asking for it? It's the second time
