Mario CRT (Low 2-C Upgrade)

Yeah, I can at least understand where DRB is coming from and there are indeed too many loopholes yeah which is why making everyone Low 2-C outright just feels out of place. But we already had at least 10 staff members who agree with the upgrade with some of them wanting it outright. So DRB is welcome to make his own thread and he should be elaborate about the details. I do agree not every villain unless they have feats of their own, but we could always add footnotes to Mario and the other's profiles. And there's some debate about Power Stars in Mario 64 if the painting realms are universal in general on the other thread.
